John ("JJ") Robinson

Mr. Robinson recently retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a certified Technically Trained Agent (TTA).  He has thirty-five (35) years of law enforcement and investigative experience with the US Army Military Intelligence and the FBI.  Mr. Robinson earned a BSL and JD degree from a nationally accredited legal institution.  Mr. Robinson has extensive experience in developing, deploying and monitoring commercial and classified, highly sophisticated audio and/or video surveillance systems.  In conjunction with this experience, Mr. Robinson was certified by the FBI in all facets of technical countermeasures and vulnerability surveys.

Reginald K. Ogata

Reginald K. Ogata

Mr. Ogata has twenty-five (25) years of investigative experience with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.  He served in the Sacramento, Seattle and San Francisco Offices of the FBI and he has extensive background in areas of Criminal and Technical investigation.  Mr. Ogata retired from the FBI as the Supervisor of the Sacramento Special Operations Squad.

Prior to becoming an Agent with the FBI, Mr. Ogata worked as a Police Officer with the Sacramento Police Department.  He served as an Infantry Officer with the U.S. Army Reserve.

Mr. Long retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as a certified Technically Trained Agent after nearly twenty-seven (27) years of service.  Mr.Long has extensive experience in developing and deploying technical surveillance systems, and in all facets of technical countermeasures and vulnerability surveys.

James A. Knock

James A. Knock

Mr. Knock retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after 23 1/2 years of dedicated service. He is a highly motivated, educated, and experienced individual in the areas of major crime investigations. His extensive professional experience includes the following areas: Bank and Bankruptcy fraud, Bank Robbery, Violent Crime, Counter Terrorism, Counter Intelligence, Drugs, Organized Crime, Background investigations, Civil Rights, Fugitive capture, Technical installations, Technical Surveillance Counter Measures, Audio and Video surveillance techniques, Physical Security, surveillance and counter-surveillance techniques, Law Enforcement Aviation, and Tactical Operations.

Mr. Knock holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of West Florida.

Robert Relick

Robert A. Relick

Mr. Robert A. Relick is a retired Supervisory Special Agent for the Federal Bureau of Investigation. With over 30 years of Federal Law Enforcement experience. Prior to his retirement, he was the Technical Supervisor for the Houston Division of the FBI, the 4th largest city in the U.S. In addition, he was the Supervisor of the Special Operations Group which included the coordination of physical surveillance groups operating multiple land and air assets. He has participated in numerous installations of technical surveillance equipment associated with undercover operations and against targets deemed hostile to our country.

Bob is licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety Bureau as a Private Investigator.

Bob received his TSCM training at the Engineering Research Facility (ERF), FBI Academy, Quantico, Virginia (basic, advanced, and refresher training, as well as equipment-specific training) and at the REI Center for Technical Excellence (advanced and equipment-specific).  Bob has conducted TSCM surveys at the FBI and other government agencies. Bob has also served as a consultant on security and threat assessment matters, conducted TSCM surveys/investigations for major corporations and other entities, and has overseas experience. Since retirement, Bob has conducted TSCMs for corporations, businesses and individuals.  Bob  maintains a Top Secret security clearance held by a company engaged in contracts with the Federal Government.
